Solutions for Enclosed Parking Garages
Advanced CO/NO2 Monitoring Solutions for Enclosed Parking Garages
Our Approach
Carbon monoxide (CO) and nitrogen dioxide (NO2) pose significant health hazards in enclosed parking garages across North America, where vehicle emissions can quickly accumulate in confined spaces. In high-traffic areas like shopping centers, commercial complexes, and residential buildings, monitoring CO and NO2 levels is critical for maintaining a safe environment for drivers, pedestrians, and staff.
At AGS Controls, our CO and NO2 monitors are specifically designed for enclosed parking garages, offering real-time detection to sustain air quality in areas with high vehicle exhaust levels. Our carbon monoxide parking garage monitors and NO2 sensors provide immediate alerts and activate ventilation systems to maintain gas concentrations within safe limits. Built for reliability and high performance, these CO and NO2 sensors help protect air quality in both underground and multi-level facilities.
Keep your facility safe and compliant with AGS Controls CO and NO2 monitoring solutions, tailored to meet the specific needs of North American environments. Our advanced detection systems safeguard the health of all occupants, ensuring improved air quality in high-traffic parking areas, loading bays, and other enclosed spaces across North America.

Our Solutions

CO/NO2 Gas Detection For Parking Garages
As the number of enclosed car parks and underground garages continue to increase, CO and NO2 safety is paramount. Carbon monoxide and nitrogen dioxide from vehicle exhaust can quickly reach dangerous levels in these spaces, putting the health of drivers, pedestrians, and staff at risk. Our combined carbon monoxide sensors and nitrogen dioxide sensors are precisely engineered for high-traffic car park environments, ensuring rapid detection and response.

Control Panel With Remote CO/NO2 Detectors
The AC ParkSafe is a UL Listed gas detection and ventilation control system developed to help you meet IMC 2021 404.1 requirements for enclosed parking garages.
It is designed to be paired with the AGS Controls GD100 or separate remote Nitrogen (NO2) and Carbon Monoxide (CO) gas detectors that can be linked via MODBUS back to the ParkSafe control panel, up to 16 gas detectors per panel can be used in any combination.
